I started in the Audio/Video business 15 years ago, since then I have made many friends and met some amazing people. I have always believed that just selling gear is boring and making friends is more rewarding. If you treat everyone with respect and kindness it will be returned almost always. When you go out of your way to make sure your customers are completely satisfied, you can sleep at night and your job is no longer work. It’s pure pleasure.        

I’ve known Jim Lee for close to 11 years, He was always my best competition. Although, this business can be somewhat competitive, the  biggest challenge he gave me as a competitor was his ability to treat his customers in a way which made them commit to him. I am humbled by this experience.
